Civil rights experts Subodh Chandra and Omar Noureldin explore recent violations, highlight pivotal court cases, and talk about what we can do in this unprecedented moment. Subodh Chandra is a civil rights attorney whose career includes high-profile cases such as voting-rights litigation against various voter-suppression schemes. He may be best known for representing Tamir Rice’s parents in their lawsuit against the city of Cleveland. Omar Noureldin is the Senior Vice President of Policy and Litigation Strategy at Common Cause. Prior to his tenure at Common Cause, he was Senior Counsel for Civil Rights at the U.S. Department of Justice.
